If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BOOKS

If your book arrives damaged during shipping, we'll send a replacement at no charge. Please email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

If we sent you the wrong book, we'll send the correct one and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

BUYER'S REMORSE

Since each book is personally signed for you, we cannot accept returns due to buyer's remorse or change of mind. All sales are final once shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking shows "delivered," the package is considered received. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
