PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

During busy periods (holidays, sales, book launches), processing may take up to 7 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Flat rate: $5.00 (orders under $45)

  • FREE shipping on orders $45+ (use code FREESHIP45 at checkout)

  • Carrier: USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipping

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once tracking shows your package as "delivered," it is considered received. Please contact your local post office or carrier if you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order ships.
